Your complaint will be send via whatsapp, for faster respond. Please make sure follow the step and submit using your whatsapp.  

How to Use Safety Box

Default PIN : 123#
RESET PIN (If needed)
  • Open the safety box
  • Locate the RESET button behind battery cover
  • Open the battery cover and press RESET Button for 1 or 2 second, until beep sound
  • Set new PIN, always use # (Hash) behind the new PIN. example 456#
  •  Done. You are set NEW PIN
FORGOT PIN:
  • Please contact our front office to unlock your safety box using the key.
  • But please be patient, the key will not be provided without Management or Owner permission. To make sure everything is secure for our guests.
